Christian education is more than sending your child to a Christian school. It's a partnership! Where do you fit into this partnership? At TCA, we are committed to providing a high-quality Christian education for every student. Our mission is to equip students with a Biblical worldview through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ in an environment of academic excellence to prepare them for a lifetime of leadership, worship, and service. This can only happen through the partnership of Home, Church, Student, and School.

The home is God's first institution. He created the family as a reflection of His own love. Home is a child's first glimpse of God's love and care. God has given parents the responsibility to teach their children His ways: "And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:
And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up (Deuteronomy 6:6-7).
Pray for your children.
Teach them obedience to God and authority. (Ephesians 6:1-3)
Train them to develop their skills and talents for the Lord (Proverbs 22:6).
Make sure they are rested. With today's busy schedules and demands on the family, it is important to prioritize rest for your children throughout the school week.
Make sure they are in school. In order for them to learn, they must be present.
- Love what God loves. The home is a picture of the church that Christ gave Himself for. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word. Ephesians 5:25-26).
- Be encouraged by God's people. And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching (Hebrews 10:24-25).
- Create friendships with others in God's house. Attend services and activities to develop good friendships with like-minded families.
- Grow in knowledge of God.

Students are at the forefront of this partnership!
Students must engage actively in the learning process. Spiritual, academic, and social growth cannot take place without initiative on the student's part.
- Be present physically and mentally in class.
- Do homework and bring materials.
- Ask questions to gain understanding.
- Model good behavior to avoid distracting from learning.
Nurturing a mindset to grow is important and will ensure a student's best effort in scholarship and behavior.
Sending your child to a Christian school is an important piece of the education partnership. Your child is in an environment that solidifies their biblical worldview and encourages their growth as a believer in Christ every day throughout the school day.
A child spends many hours each week at school! Much development takes place spiritually, emotionally, and socially in addition to academically!
At TCA, we take our responsibilities very seriously to provide an environment for spiritual, academic, and social growth (Luke 2:52).
- We will provide high-quality instruction and support for students and families.
- We will provide additional resources as God enables us to hire tutors and additional staff to assist with student learning.
- We will provide a clean, safe place conducive to learning.
- We will communicate thoroughly and compassionately with students and parents.

Together we can train a generation of well-balanced students who love God and love each other and are well-equipped to go out into the world reaching others for Christ and honoring Him.
Mark 16:15 - "And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature."
